Ramanathaswamy Temple :
Ramanathaswamy Temple is a Hindu temple dedicated to the Hindu god Shiva located on Rameswaram island in the state of Tamil Nadu, India. It is also one of the twelve Jyotirlinga temples. It is one of the 275 Paadal Petra Sthalams, where Nayanars (Saivite saints), Appar, Sundarar and Tirugnana Sambandar, have glorified the temple with their songs. The Lingam of Ramanathaswamy (Shiva), was established and worshiped by Shri Rama, before he crossed his bridge to the present-day island of Sri Lanka. It is one of the Char Dham pilgrimage sites. The temple was expanded during the 12th century by the Pandya Dynasty, and its principal shrine’s sanctum was renovated by Jeyaveera Cinkaiariyan and his successor Gunaveera Cinkaiariyan, monarchs of the Jaffna kingdom. The temple has the longest corridor among all Hindu temples in India. It was built by King Muthuramalinga Sethupathiy.The temple, located in Rameswaram, is considered a holy pilgrimage site for Shaivites, Vaishnavites and Smarthas.
Dhanushkodi :
Located at the south eastern tip of Pamban Island, Dhanuskodi is one of the unique attractions of Rameshwaram. It is located around 20 km away from Rameshwaram. The name Dhanuskodi literally means ‘end of bow’, which denotes the legend of Lord Rama and the Hindu sacred text Ramayana.
One of the smallest towns in the world, with a length of just 50 yards, Dhanushkodi is the land border between Sri Lanka and India. It is around 15 km away from Sri Lanka. This town has a vast stretch of beach, running up to 15 km. The town of Dhanushkodi is surrounded by Bay of Bengal on one side and Indian Ocean on other side.
This religiously significant town, which has been declared as ghost town after the cyclone of 1964, is still visited by devotees who come here to witness the ruins of a once grand temple which withstood the massive destructive waves of the cyclone, which is a miracle in itself. Its scenic beauty if also equally captivating, surrounded with vast expanse of ocean and shimmering sand. It has become one of the popular places to see when on a Rameshwaram tour.
Adam's Bridge:
Adam's Bridge also known as Rama's Bridge or Rama Setu is a chain of natural limestone shoals between Pamban Island, also known as Rameswaram Island, off the south-eastern coast of Tamil Nadu, India, and Mannar Island, off the north-western coast of Sri Lanka. Geological evidence suggests that the bridge was formerly a land connection between India and Sri Lanka.
The feature is 48 km (30 mi) long and separates the Gulf of Mannar (southwest) from the Palk Strait (northeast). Some regions of the bridge are dry, and the sea in the area rarely exceeds 1 metre (3 ft) in depth, making it quite difficult for boats to pass over it.
After breakfast, proceed to Kanyakumari. Arrive in Kanyakumari and check into the hotel. Evening at leisure. Overnight at Kanyakumari.
Kanyakumari :

After breakfast, take a boat to visit the Vivekananda Rock Memorial and Tri Samudra Milan. Later in the afternoon visit the Gandhi Mandapam and then visit Kanyakumari Amman temple. Then proceed to Kovalam. Overnight at Kovalam.
Kovalam :
Kovalam is an internationally renowned beach with three adjacent crescent beaches. It has been a favourite haunt of tourists since the 1930s. A massive rocky promontory on the beach has created a beautiful bay of calm waters ideal for sea bathing. The leisure options at this beach are plenty and diverse. The sea port of Vizhinjam is about 3 km away and famous for its special varieties of fish, old Hindu temples, churches and a mosque. Vivekananda rock memorial:
The magnificent Vivekananda Rock Memorial is located on a small island off Kanyakumari. It has the picturesque Indian Ocean in its backdrop. It is situated on one of the two adjacent rocks projecting out of the Lakshadweep Sea and comprises of the 'Shripada Mandapam' and the 'Vivekananda Mandapam'.Vivekananda Rock Memorial is located at about 500 meters east of the mainland of Vavathurai in Kanyakumari and can be accessed by regular ferries.
This statue was built in the year 1970 on the island situated in Vavathurai, built on the site where Vivekananda attained enlightenment. The Shripada Mandapam has a study hall and a museum, where you can explore Vivekananda's life and work in depth.
According to historical tales and legends, it is believed that Goddess Kumari performed austerity on this rock. There is a 'Dhyana Mandapam' located beside to memorial, which serves as the meditation hall for the visitors to meditate.
